FAQs:
Q: Is drone footage guaranteed?
A: Unfortunately, no. Unfortunately there are many laws and regulations regarding drone flights to keep you and those around you safe. Drone footage will be dependent on the filming location as well as weather conditions on the shoot day.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes! I only require a 50% retainer at the signing of the contract, with the other 50% due 30 days before the Wedding Date. However, if you pay in full at the signing of the contract, you get 5% off the total price!
Q: Do you allow refunds for cancellations?
A: Yes and no. 100% full refunds are allowed if given a 45 day notice ahead of the shoot date. If under that timeframe, I keep the 50% retainer. However, I'm happy to reschedule, free of charge!
Q: I love the film(s), but can you change a few things?
A: Yes, definitely! I do allow 2 rounds of re-edits, which gives you a chance to leave feedback, and gives me a chance to apply the changes you'd like me to make. Art is subjective and my taste may not always match yours the first time around, so this will allow us create your perfect final film!
